9.30 am – 11.30 am - ‘The Concept of Scientific Food Tasting’ Ralph Early, Director of the West Midlands Regional
Food Academy will explain and introduce the concept of scientific food tasting. Delegates will then be split into small groups and everyone will have an opportunity to pass their comments on sausage, biscuits, cakes and cheese.
